I don't know if you can go fishing on your own because there might be some restrictions due to the park rules. Just to be sure, check with the Freedom Tours, an agency that organizes such activities. The person in charge is Gilbert "Hilly Boo" Lara. He can be contacted by email but I don't know this address by heart.
