San Pedro is famous for its beautiful diving sites: there are long underwater canyons where you can see a lot of coral formations (they can go as deep as 120 feet). Some of them have turned into some kind of hollow tubes and this is what makes the reef here so special. The best places are Esmeralda and Tres Cocos.
