I know of this guy, Ras Creek, who can be found on his boat (Heritage Cruz) at the water taxi doc. He charges 27.50$ , lunch and ticket to the Caye Caulker Marine Reserve included. He does all kinds of trips, from fishing to seahorse trips or booze cruises.
