I can tell you where NOT to arrange a tour in Belize City: S&L Guided Tours. I contacted them last summer to book a tour and the person whom I talked to on the phone was totally unfriendly and seemed not to care about my requests. And she offered some prices that (I found later) were kind of high. I gave up booking from them immediately after. I managed to work it out by myself.
